The Bubble Might Pop

Bubbles don't last forever.

Yes, there’s a bubble forming.

My feed over the last few months has been discussing a bubble at length.

Everyone is discussing how similar the stock market is to the dot com bubble, and I’ve vehemently disagreed.

Sure there have been pockets of froth in the market, but nothing that compares to the dot com bubble. All because stocks are going up doesn’t mean it’s a massive bubble, especially because earnings are following stock prices.

We now have confirmation that two private market behemoths are looking to go public ASAP, in SpaceX and OpenAI. SpaceX filed their IPO prospectus yesterday, and OpenAI is rumored to look at filing theirs in the coming days.

Could they be looking to exit before the music stops? Do they need the market liquidity to dump their shares on suspecting retail investors?

I have to admit, there’s a bubble.

The question is where. And how can you capitalize on it?

If you’re not already in the subscriber chat, I strongly suggest paying attention to it.

This is where I post a daily thread with my thoughts on the day ahead, relevant headlines and macro events, my main focus names, notable upgrades and downgrades, and anything else I’m watching.

The chat itself has basically become a live market group chat. We have a ton of smart people sharing ideas, setups, headlines, and observations throughout the day, and there’s a lot of genuine alpha being passed around.

I honestly think it might be one of the most (if not the most active) subscriber chats on Substack.

This is also where I post new position threads and walk through the thesis behind each trade, including what I’m seeing, why I’m entering, my risk level, etc.

Just this past week, I alerted subscribers that I was buying TE at $6.4, FLNC at $17x, and NET at $204x.

In case you missed it, I’ve also published two articles I think will be worth your time.

  1. The Robots Are Coming 1.0 (link here)

  2. My Newest Long Term Investment (link here)

I strongly believe robotics is going to be one of the biggest themes of all time, and I’m starting to see signals that the market is realizing that. But the winners aren’t the names you see on your feeds all the time, they’re hidden. And I worked to uncover those.

My newest long-term investment follows buying Intel in the $30s and Reddit in the $130s earlier this year. I don’t initiate long term investments very often, it’s rare. But I saw an opportunity that stuck out so I decided it was time. You can read about it above.

In the remainder of this article, I’m going to discuss the current bubble I see forming, how you can capitalize on it, the themes I think will benefit, and how I’m looking to position for it. The new buzzword is bubble, so it makes sense to participate and capitalize on it because the opportunity is so obvious, right…?
